Emily T. Mueller

Emily T. Mueller, Esq., is an attorney at Seiden Family Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey. Emily served as the law clerk to the Honorable Nina C. Remson, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Bergen County, from 2021 – 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced family law for the entirety of her career at a boutique family firm in Bergen County, New Jersey and a non-profit domestic violence organization where she tried numerous domestic violence cases throughout Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Passaic, and Union Counties.

Emily attended Rutgers University where she graduated with degrees in History and Women and Gender Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2020. While studying at New York Law School, Emily served as a student attorney with Legal Services: NYC and the Children’s Law Center, where she gained experience in family law matters. Emily was also president of the New York Law School Domestic Violence Project.
