Attorney at Law
Bianca Luciano is an attorney at Seiden Family Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, she served as the law clerk to the Honorable Michael Antoniewicz, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, in Bergen County. Bianca is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section, as well as the Bergen County Bar Association and Women Lawyers in Bergen County.
Bianca attended Montclair State University where she graduated in May 2018 with a degree in Political Science and a dual minor in Public Administration and Latin. While at Montclair State, she served as an intern for the Department of Law and Public Safety at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. She also served as member of the National Honor Society for Leadership and Success and volunteered for various philanthropic organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Kids in Need Foundation.
Bianca went on to attend New York Law School as a Faculty Scholar to pursue her Juris Doctor. Throughout her time at New York Law School, Bianca served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael Antoniewicz, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, in Bergen County, in addition to the Honorable Philip J. Maenza, J.S.C of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Special Civil Part, in Morris County. Bianca dedicated her time as an intern for Legal Information for Families Today, a non-profit organization, where she drafted comprehensive memoranda and proposed recommendations on systemic and court reform to assist self-represented litigants navigate the family court process. Bianca has used these experiences to further assist clients navigate complex family law matters in efforts to reach a resolution that best fits their needs.
