Our Team

Sheryl J. Seiden is the founding partner of Seiden Family Law, LLC. She has been duly licensed to practice law in New Jersey since December 1996 and in New York since June 1997. Sheryl is a seasoned matrimonial lawyer, having practiced family law exclusively every year since January 2000.

Melissa E. Cohen is an attorney at Seiden Family Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Christine C. Fitzgerald is a Partner at Seiden Family Law, LLC.  She is certified as a Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is on its Board of Managers for the New Jersey Chapter. 

Victoria D. Miranda, Esq., is an attorney at Seiden Family Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Massachusetts. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced family law for the entirety of her career at a boutique law firm in Essex County.

Donald Schumacher, Esq., is an Attorney at Law of the State of New Jersey at Seiden Family Law, LLC.
